Everyone has a voice, but when it comes to mental health care and services not everyone's voice is listened to. We want that to change. We want your voice to be listened to. The more voices, the louder the message.


Fundraising is important for all our work. It allows us to continue doing what we do. Whether through a sponsored run, walk or a cake sale, everything helps.


Mental Health education does not yet exist in all schools across the UK, despite playing a major part in all of our lives. This has to change.

Raise awareness

How often do you talk about your mental health with those close to you? For many people the answer is not often enough. Together we can fight the stigma of Mental Health.


Youth Mental Health Matters. A charity that gives people a voice. Mental health has been pushed to the side, under-funded, and stigmatised for too long. We want to change that. Our four-pronged approach allows us to unite and tell people that Youth Mental Health Matters.
